Promise of fallen time is a short gestural film about the fear of loss. Through the mature bodies of a man and a woman the film explores our vertiginous sense of the dread to lose: a partner, our faculties, life.
Commissioned by NU2'S in collaboration with TV3 and the Generalitat de Catalunya (Spain), co-comissioned by ReelDance Australia, funded by Arts Council England (U.K), supported by Ajuntament de Barcelona. Produced by Infinito Productions.
Status: in pre-production. Premiere on 8th January at IDN festival, Barcelona; first broadcast January/ Febrary 2009 (TV3, Canal 33); confirmed tour of Australia in 2010 (ReelDance)
